Probably one of my craziest double-ended closings yet... 🤯🤯🤯
My client was deeply burdened upon first meeting, having 5 different groups of tenants living on the property, some of whom were not paying rent. Because of this, she was at risk of foreclosure, and therefore needed to act fast. Using my mix of broken Tagalog and savvy negotiating skills, I was able to successfully buy out all of the tenants on good terms. This no doubt took a plethora of patience, but in the end it was all well worth it.
I've now collaborated with fellow eXp agent and partner in crime Fontine Da Luz, in finding an investor to purchase and renovate the property, and even share the profits of the upcoming flip with my client!
