Active listings climbed 8% from last year, giving buyers more to choose from, while homes still sold in about 63 days. Prices held firm too, with the median landing at $515,000. Inventory sits at 3.7 months, so it's a healthier balance than we've seen - but well-priced homes are still going fast.
