It is with very mixed emotions that I am posting about our “Just Sold” listing in San Juan Capistrano for John and Lori Gorrell. We are thrilled for them that they received multiple offers over asking and their home was only on the market for 8 days! I am sad because they have become close friends and Lori and I became even closer during Covid as we would take many walks together...definitely one of my silver linings. It is truly an honor to be a part of John and Lori’s journey as they made the decision to sell and entrusted us, The Mathews Team, Berkshire Hathaway, in the sale of their home. John and Lori, thank you with all of my heart for your friendship and again for the honor of being a part of this big chapter in your lives. I and we and our community will miss you dearly! We wish you only and all the best in your move and know you always have a place to stay when you come to visit. PS: Love that we had one picture without masks because of the vaccine!
