My daughter Lizzy has just started working at the stretch lab in Irvine ( at the Spectrum). She's super talented, works hard and a great student. If anyone feels like a good stretch think ot it like " aided" yoga/pilates advanced stretching. I did an hour session and was sore the next day ( but that's me:)
