I listed a bluff top oceanfront home in one of the most coveted neighborhoods in San Clemente at 50% higher price per square foot than any other recent luxury sale.

For context, over the past five years
Only five sales closed
The highest was just over 9 million
That home traded around 1100 per square foot
The average ranged between 6 and 7 million

We went to market at nearly 1500 per square foot.
Aggressive? Yes.
Reckless? No.
