Experts are more and more confidence that prices will continue to rise⬆️ NOT fall! Supply and Demand will remain the story until we get out of this extremely low inventory season. Buckle up it may be awhile. Always keeping an eye on mortgage rates 👀- (most likely won't be until summer before we see The Fed make some adjustments) - we've had a very resilient economy but things are starting to shift. Personal debt is up and layoffs are happening. As we get some relief on mortgage rates, we should start to see more inventory hit the market. 😀
