Kicked off July closing on the most charming & cozy home for a soon to be Mr & Mrs!

My favorite part of Real Estate will always be the people I connect with. In this case, I had a blast reconnecting with an old high school friend and her soon to be hubby AND worked alongside such a great listing agent who cracked me up every chance we spoke.

When house hunting, everyone has their list of things they MUST have whether it’s location, certain number of bedrooms, etc. For me, it was about what was around the home.. we had to find a home in a cozy neighborhood to stroll around with the kids, with friendly neighbors (ones who actually wave 👋🏼 when you walk by.. it’s a thing).

The more homes you see (especially in a competitive buyers market) you’ll realize some of those things you thought you MUST have, might actually be more of a desired feature.

My advice, use a digital list like this one ➡️ so that you can revisit and modify easily!

The “of asking” percentages are still at a record high. For sellers, it’s obviously great news and something that should be taken advantage of if you’ve been on the fence. For buyers on the other hand, I know it can be incredibly intimidating.
