That extra $10,000 might sound like a LOT when you’re writing the offer… but sometimes it helps to look at the bigger picture. 🏡

Depending on your loan, interest rate, and down payment, an extra $10K in purchase price could mean roughly $60–$70 more per month in principal and interest.
