Organizational Announcement – Danbury Home Office
I am pleased to announce that Dan Brady has accepted the position of Director of Operations for Connecticut and Westchester effective October 17, 2016, replacing Chuck Cusson who was recently promoted to the position of Vice President of Education Strategy and Delivery for the NRT. Dan will be responsible for the oversight of our day to day operations of our home office in Danbury, supporting the Regional Vice Presidents and me. In addition, Dan will provide ongoing support and training for Sales Support Administrators in the branch offices.
Dan has been part of our education department since 2012 and most recently was the Regional Director of Education for the Northeast and Eastern Seaboard Regions. Dan brings a wealth of knowledge related to our company, our tools and resources, and our agent value proposition. Please join me in welcoming Dan to our team.
In addition, at this time I would like to share that after many years as a dedicated member of our home office and field administration team, Alan Lee will be retiring from our organization. It has been a pleasure working with Alan who has supported our field administration team, helped to build our central processing department, and held past roles in our branch offices. Alan will continue in his role until November first. Please join me in wishing Alan all the best in his retirement.
