Buyers shouldn't sit out of this market. Get in the game and come up with a solution for your path to home ownership. Here are 3 reasons why.

1. There are other loan products than a conventional 30-year fixed loan. Explore them! They just might be right for you to lock in a lower rate and get you back in the game.

2. There is less competition right now. With rates on the rise, the uneducated buyer is quitting and choosing to rent instead. And in some cases that might be right, but consider your ability to win right now when making a bid.

3. Home ownership is one of the greatest hedges against inflation. When you purchase a home, you are much more likely to stabilize your monthly payments and to stop getting beat by those rising costs and rates.

◾1 in 3 U.S. moms report suffering from Diaper Need
◾5 million children under 3 live in poor or low-income families
◾Diapers can cost $70 to $100 per month, and babies need 6 to 10 diapers per day

Diaper need impacts the physical, mental, and economic wellbeing of children and their caregivers.

The Valentini Team would like to assist the smallest members of our community and their families by collecting diapers and wipes for the diaper bank at The Community Action Agency of Western Connecticut in Danbury, CT.

Most needed diaper sizes are 4, 5, 6, pull-ups size 3t-4t, and baby wipes.

Diapers and wipes can be dropped off at the William Raveis office at 48 Mill Plain Road, Danbury, CT until February 14, 2022.

Help us fill the diaper bank! Drop off diapers or wipes to the Danbury office, or DM to arrange a pick up.
