You have to be upfront and tell me how many pets you have if you are trying to rent. Really!!
You can call me and say you have a small dog and need a rental. I will tell you it's not easy to find a rental that allows pets but it's possible. But when your other half calls me not knowing you called already and tells me you have 4 DOGS, A CAT and let's not forget about the SNAKE!!! I can't help you. I wish I could!
The majority of the few rentals we have are in condo complex with rules and regs that also include how many pets. Usually 1 or 2 dogs and by size.
You can't hide 3 extra dogs and the rest of the crew The landlord will figure it out!! Then I get a call because I got you in there! Neighbors pick up on extra animals.
Based on a call I received last week.

We are so excited for our Buyer's moving to CT. We found them a beautiful Antique 2 family home with a wonderful backyard that Connie & I will be going back to attend their first barbecue!
