Sometimes you look at 10 homes before you find THE ONE.

And sometimes…the very first one just feels different. ❤️

My clients walked into this home as their FIRST showing and somehow, they already knew.

I’m Sarah. Realtor, Connecticut girl, former Cape Codder, iced coffee enthusiast, beach lover, reading obsessed and someone who genuinely believes that real estate is about so much more than buying and selling houses. 🏡

After spending more than a decade helping people buy and sell real estate on Cape Cod, I recently made my way back home to Connecticut, and I couldn’t be more excited to be building my real estate business right here in the Quiet Corner. 🤎

I may not be rich in the way some people measure wealth… but I feel incredibly rich in life. 🤍

Being a Realtor has given me so much more than a career. It has given me people, stories, friendships, memories, and a front-row seat to some of life’s biggest moments.

I get to meet people when they’re starting new chapters, help families find the place they’ll call home, celebrate first-time buyers, cheer on sellers as they move toward their next adventure, and sometimes become friends with people I never would have crossed paths with otherwise.

I’ve had the privilege of selling homes in beautiful places, building relationships in communities I love, and now, coming back home to the Quiet Corner, I get to do what I love in a place that means so much to me.

So yes, real estate is a business.

But for me, it’s also a life filled with connection, purpose, flexibility, adventure, and people who make the journey worthwhile.

And when I look at it that way…
I’m pretty damn rich. ✨🏡

Let’s normalize being a little obsessed with real estate. 😂🏡

It’s okay to have a favorite listing you check on daily.
It’s okay to have a Pinterest board for a house that doesn’t exist yet.
It’s okay to text your agent at 9 PM.
It’s okay to tour houses “just to look.”
And yes… it’s definitely okay to interview a few agents before finding the right one. 😉

Buying or selling a home is a BIG deal, and there are no silly questions, too many Zillow searches, or “just curious” showings when you’re figuring out what’s next.

So go ahead. Save the listing. Dream a little. Ask the questions.
