Del Realty Inc. Del Realty started in 1993, in Danvers, with 2 agents, Kathy and her dad, Ken Koon. After 19 years Kathy partnered with John Macalone.

It grew from there, but remains small, and most importantly, Del Realty remains an independent real estate office.

Del Realty Inc. is officially closed after 31 years. Thank you to all my friends and family who supported us, to all the hundreds of cobrokers we worked with thru the years. I've created many life long friendships and find memories. Goodbye and God Bless you.

It is with mixed emotions that I announce the official closing of DEL REALTY, INC. I started it in September, 1993 along with my first agent, my DAD, Ken Koon, in a little office in my house. In March of 1994 I purchased 104 High Street, Danvers where we operated until 2018 then moved to Conifer Hill. There are so many incredible memories there and so many amazing people who we worked with. I'm going to share some pictures from my journey and thank you all for being a special part of the history. I can't believe it's been 31 years.
