We got this awesome condo under contract yesterday and had check it out. It is 3 beds 2 baths with over 1800 sq feet of living space. Fantastic location and super convenient to shopping and all major highways. I’m very excited for my client.

This year seemed to fly by but at times it felt like it would never end. Special thanks to all who were a part of my year and thank you for letting me be a part of yours. I also did 12 shows with Gavin Marengi. I kicked off the year playing rock legends cruise with Gary Hoey and recording his new album avalanche as well as playing 4 shows with him and appearing on his new Christmas album. I managed to be president of the Salisbury Lions club and a member of St. Marks Lodge in Newburyport. Then there was this being a father thing. I have all I need and am grateful for what I got. #2025

Glad to get this one closed before the holidays. This was the very first transaction that I had a part in 10 years ago. It is an impressive 42 unit building in Lynn. The most expensive sale at the time. Lynn has exploded since! My dad and I worked on this one together along with Steve Girolamo from Horvath and Tremblay. Congrats to all!
