🌟 What You’ll Do

As an Operations Admin, you’ll help keep our branch running smoothly by:

• Managing timesheets and ensuring accurate, timely payroll
• Overseeing subcontractor invoices and resolving discrepancies
• Supporting recruiting, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Maintaining customer information and CRM records
• Training, scheduling, and overseeing event dispatch operations
• Keeping operational systems up to date with landscape and snow schedules
• Helping develop and maintain company SOPs
• Managing uniform inventory
• Supporting daily office administration
• Assisting with pre- and post-storm meetings and snow-event operations
• Supporting process improvement initiatives and branch meetings
• Traveling to other branch locations when needed

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Experience with CRM systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment
• Working smartphone
• Reliable transportation

🕐 Schedule

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
30-minute lunch break

Extended hours and varying schedules may be required during peak seasons, including winter storm events.

💲 Compensation: $70,000–$85,000 (based on experience)

As an Assistant Branch Manager – Snow Operations, you'll partner with the Branch Manager to oversee all aspects of winter operations, including crew management, client relationships, storm response, operational planning, quality control, staffing, and training. During the off-season, you'll also support landscape operations, contract renewals, and post-season repairs.

We're looking for someone who has:
✅ Experience in snow operations and/or landscape management
✅ Strong leadership and customer service skills
✅ Excellent organizational and communication abilities
✅ Experience with Microsoft Office and industry software
✅ A valid driver's license
✅ Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as weather dictates

As our Enhancement Foreman, you'll lead enhancement crews, oversee commercial landscape projects, ensure quality workmanship, and help keep jobs running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

What we're looking for:
✔️ 2+ years of landscape enhancement experience
✔️ Leadership or crew supervisor experience preferred
✔️ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
✔️ 2A Hoisting License (or willingness to obtain one)
✔️ Strong communication, organization, and basic computer skills

❄️ Ready to Lead This Winter? Join JC Grounds as Our Next Assistant Branch Manager!

JC Grounds is seeking an organized, motivated Assistant Branch Manager to support the planning, coordination, and ex*****on of our snow and ice management operations. Working closely with the Branch Manager, you'll help lead seasonal crews, maintain client relationships, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure exceptional service throughout the winter season. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines field supervision, team development, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and managing all snow and ice operations before, during, and after winter weather events.
- Recruit, hire, train, and support seasonal employees and service partners.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Coordinate staffing, ice watch schedules, equipment, materials, and operational logistics.
- Monitor service quality through site inspections and ensure safety standards are met.
- Utilize company software to manage service documentation, timekeeping, and operational reporting.
- Assist with post-season damage repairs, contract renewals, and operational planning.
- Support the Branch Manager with additional operational duties as needed.

Qualifications

- Previous snow operations management experience required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and industry-related software.
- Knowledge of snow operations, equipment, and job site safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing weather conditions.
