It is always interesting to hear the reasons why buyers decide to buy a certain house over all the others. Funny enough it usually has something to do with their kids. For this one it was this tiny nook under the stairs. Their young daughter at that time fell in love with this space and really the whole family felt at home.

Excited for my sellers to start their next chapter making memories in their new home. And yes, their now adult daughter loves the new home as well😄🤗!

What a great little house and great buyer to match!! This 2 bed home was fully renovated about a year and a half ago and the renovation included a garage expansion I absolutely love.

With this first time home buyer we were looking at condos, townhomes, and single family detached homes. We ended up on this little gem for many reasons including its long term investment potential.

So happy for this buyer and her 18 year old son who likes the garage as much as I do😄!!

The perfect downsizing. This 2 bed/2 bath/2 car attached garage townhome is exactly what my clients were looking for…and we got a great deal on it.

Cool thing on this deal was we were able to purchase this one without having to sell their current home. It is very doable to buy and sell at the same time and this is a good example of that. That being said we now have a 3 bedroom for sale in Hayward if anyone is interested😄.

I absolutely love Lake Tahoe!! Feels like a little bit of home for me. My grandfather moved here from Michigan and fell in love with the area. I see why. I agree that it is one of the most beautiful areas in all the states!

So happy to get this glorious cabin for some friends of mine. Far enough away from downtown to feel rustic but close enough to be part of all of the year round action Lake Tahoe has to offer.

Fun part of this cash deal is that literally EVERYTHING in the cabin was negotiated into the deal!

I absolutely love Lake Tahoe!! Feels like a little bit of home for me. My grandfather moved here from Michigan and fell in love with the area. I see why. I agree that it is one of the most beautiful areas in all the states.

Buying and selling at the same time…not as hard as you think.

Bought with these buyers a couple years back and now upgraded. We got into contract to buy before even listing. Listed their previous residence and got into contract in 6 days. All said and done was about 35 days total.

Number #1 thing for your home is it has to match your lifestyle…you have to be comfortable. So happy for my buyers/sellers to finally have a space that works for them🤗🎉.
