🏡 First Closing in the Books! 🏡
Today marks a milestone for me as I officially closed my first real estate transaction!
When I decided to take the leap into real estate, I knew there would be a lot to learn. What I didn't know was how many incredible professionals I would have the opportunity to work alongside. This first transaction reminded me just how important teamwork is in this business.
A special thank you to my amazing broker, Abby Manasco, for her guidance, support, and willingness to answer questions every step of the way. Her knowledge in this business is remarkable!
Thank you to Curt McGuire with Alcova Mortgage, who was outstanding throughout the lending process and helped make this transaction a success.
A big thank you as well to Warren Shelton for handling the closing, and to Debra for her excellent communication and for keeping everyone informed throughout the process.
I would also like to recognize Ashlyn Hernandez with Wilkins & Co., the listing agent on this transaction. She was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. In an industry where communication and cooperation make all the difference, Ashlyn was outstanding. She even went the extra mile by having a beautiful photo of the home printed for my client, which was such a thoughtful gesture and a wonderful keepsake for this special day.
