Buyers decide how they feel about your house in the first ten seconds. That's it. Ten.

And they're not looking at your square footage yet. They're standing at your front door.

Three things I check at every listing before a photo gets taken:

The front door: clean, fresh paint, lock that turns smooth.
The smell, not candles. Just clean.
The light: every blind open, every lamp on.

None of it costs much. All of it sets the tone for the whole showing.

You know you live in Brentwood when corn season is a real season. 🌽

When the corn stands open and the whole town just knows. When the Delta breeze shows up right around six. When you've waited in line at a farm stand and didn't mind one bit.
