June began pretty sweetly with Mahika finishing her freshman year of high school, and Vihaan happily being done with being a 4th grader 😉, and my client (who was referred to me by someone who knew someone, that someone knew someone, and this someone knew me 🙂) getting this really fantastic 🏡 which has a brilliant layout, is bright and airy, and is within walking distance to BART station- what a great property to live and invest in.
Fun fact about this transaction - The seller wanted to wait a couple more days to make his decision on the winning offer as there were couple more offers anticipated to come in, but I really really wanted to bring this home for my buyer as I were to travel to India and my flight were to take off next day at 10.30 am. Late into the night and early morning I was working on this, deploying all tricks up my sleeve, including pleading and praying- pleading to the other agent, as I am so NOT beyond it, if it would serve my client, and praying to whomever is in charge of managing things beyond our control 🙂 Both of them smiled upon me. 10.30 am I was about to take off ✈️ , just couple minutes before that, I got a text from the other agent, that seller has decided to accept my clients’ offer!!!
Happiness and relief as I fly off- carrying immense gratitude in my heart. ❤️🫶🙏
Life is good and universe is kind, that’s been my experience so far as a human, and I continue to accumulate more and more evidence solidifying this belief in me.
