Five years ago, I joined The Lifestyle Homes Team⁠ as Kim’s assistant with no idea just how much this journey would impact my life.

Since then, I’ve grown into my role as a buyer’s agent after getting licensed in December 2021, and I can honestly say it has been one of the most rewarding experiences.

Over the last 5 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping more than 115 people and families achieve their real estate goals. I’ve learned an incredible amount, built lifelong relationships, grown both personally and professionally, and become part of such an amazing team and community along the way.

I’m so thankful to Kim for taking a chance on me 5 years ago and believing in me from the very beginning. The opportunities, guidance, and support she’s given me over the years helped shape me into the agent I am today, and I’ll always be grateful for that.

Real estate can be challenging, emotional, and unpredictable at times, but getting to walk alongside people during such a huge chapter of their lives is something I never take for granted. ❤️

There’s a really specific moment that happens sometimes during the home buying process.

At first, it feels out of reach.
Like something for “later.”

Then one day you’re standing in an actual house…walking through the kitchen…talking about where the couch would go…looking out into the backyard…and it hits you.

“This could actually be ours.”

Not perfect. Not HGTV. Not some fantasy life.

This search originally started with investment properties in mind. We looked at a few, missed out on a couple, and then one day they decided to tour this patio home instead.

And honestly…everything changed after that. ☀️

Close to family, low maintenance, beautiful natural light, and just the kind of home that made sense for the season of life they’re stepping into now.

Of course we ended up in a multiple offer situation because everyone loves these patio homes! 😅
But with a strong strategy and solid terms, we were able to put together the winning offer.

They officially closed last week and are so excited for this next chapter, and I truly couldn’t be happier for them. 🤍

Sometimes the best homes are the ones you never expected to be searching for in the first place.
