Cheer season ❤️🖤

Somehow I went from being the mom sitting on the sidelines to coaching right alongside her, and as crazy and exhausting as cheer season can be, I know these are the days I’m going to miss someday.

I love getting to watch this girl grow, gain confidence, make memories with her friends, and do something she loves. And getting to be a little part of it with her makes it even sweeter.

Would I occasionally like my evenings back? Absolutely. 😂 But I wouldn’t trade these memories with my girl. ❤️📣

I’ve been a little quiet on here lately. Life outside of real estate has been really heavy, and for the past few weeks, showing up on social media just hasn’t felt very important.

But today, some of my sweet clients surprised me with the most thoughtful gift, and it felt like the perfect reason to pop back on here. 🥹❤️

One thing I’ve been reminded of lately is just how lucky I am to work with some truly wonderful people. Even while I’ve been navigating a really difficult season in my personal life, my clients have shown me so much patience, kindness, understanding, and grace. Some have checked on me, some have given me space when I needed it, and some have simply reminded me why I love what I do.

For me, real estate has never just been about houses, contracts, or getting to the closing table. It’s about the relationships I build with people along the way. I get to walk alongside people through some really big moments in their lives, and somewhere in the middle of all of it, clients become people I genuinely care about. That has always been my favorite part of this career, and lately, I’ve felt especially grateful for it.

Kristy and Ryan, thank you so much for thinking of me today. Your gift was incredibly sweet, but your kindness meant even more. ❤️

I’m very, very grateful for the people this career has brought into my life.

For every beautiful kitchen, perfectly staged living room, and dreamy front porch…there’s a 97° thermostat, a questionable HVAC situation, a snakeskin, or something hanging out of a wall that definitely shouldn’t be. 🫠

Real estate TV may have you thinking it’s all pretty houses and handing over keys…but sometimes the job is a little more…interesting. 😂

And honestly? You never quite know what you’re going to walk into. 🏡

Anyone else ridiculously excited that the “ber” months are almost here?! 🙋‍♀️🍂

This is hands down my favorite stretch of the entire year.

Give me cooler weather, jeans and sweatshirts, changing leaves, and all the cozy fall things. 🍁 Then comes spooky season 👻🎃, which I LOVE.

Thanksgiving? I’m here for the food, the family time…and mostly the food jk. 😂

And then Christmas. ❤️ There’s just something extra magical about Christmas when you have kids. The traditions, the excitement, the lights, the movies…I love all of it.

September → October → November → December is just ELITE. 😂

But really...buying a house is a whole lot more fun when you have an agent you can be honest with, trust through the process, and still send house updates to long after closing. 🏡🤍

And sending your friends my way when they’re ready to buy or sell?

At the end of July, I put a pretty big goal out into the world…🫣

🏡 Help 20 more families buy or sell a home before the end of 2026.

And y’all… we’re already making progress. 🥹🩷

Since I shared that goal, 3 more families are officially UNDER CONTRACT! 🎉

So that means…

🥁🥁🥁

20 ➡️ 17 TO GO!

Three families making moves.
Three families getting closer to their next chapter.
Three families who trusted me to help them navigate a pretty big decision in their lives.

And THAT is the part that means the most to me. 🩷

Yes, I set a goal of 20. But this has never been about adding 20 more closings to a list.

It’s about helping 20 more people or families get where they’re trying to go.

Maybe that’s handing a first-time buyer the keys to a place they never thought they’d be able to call their own. 🥹

Maybe it’s helping a growing family find the extra bedroom they desperately need.

Maybe it’s helping someone sell a home they’ve loved for years so they can start whatever comes next.

Every situation is different, and getting to be the person who helps someone through that process is something I don’t take lightly.

And if someone you care about mentions buying or selling, I’d be incredibly honored if you thought of me. 🩷 A referral is never just a name to me. It’s someone you trust, and you’re trusting me to take good care of them. That means more to me than you probably realize.

So yes…I’m still chasing that big ol’ goal. 😂
