Why do I constantly check on my listings?

Welcome the Elam-Taveras family to the Homeownership Club… AGAIN! 🥳🏡🎉

We first connected in August 2024. They had two major goals: relocating and building a new construction home designed just the way they envisioned it.

Of course, every journey has its obstacles, and we faced one along the way. But once that hurdle was cleared, we hit the ground running—making connections, staying patient, and trusting the process.

A huge thank you to Peaks View Construction for bringing their vision to life and doing an amazing job. Also, a special shoutout to for always being willing to lend a helping hand whenever I needed it. Also, thank you Frimpong and the Atlantic Coast team for seeing them through!

This transaction was truly a learning experience and definitely one for the books. Most importantly, this wonderful family never gave up on their dream, and now they get to enjoy a home that was built just for them.
