One $1.65M home went pending in 3 days. Another $2.8M estate just took a $204,000 price cut after 113 days of sitting. Same week. Same zip code. Two completely different stories about who's winning in 95762 right now.
The takeaway from this week's hotsheet (88 listing activities, 33 new, 19 price drops, 10 pending, 20 sold): EDH isn't a soft market. It's a selective one.
