Amanda and John are native to the Bay Area and currently reside in Danville with their 6 year old daughter, Keira and one year old son, Connor. Both bring a unique skill set to their real estate business gained from prior careers.
Amanda graduated from SJSU with a M.S. in Geology and has professional experience working in the environmental industry and for the U.S. Geological Survey in Menlo Park. Having a technical and analytical background, Amanda’s expertise lies in transaction and project management, market analysis, document preparation, marketing strategies and pricing. Additionally, Amanda is a Certified Green Building Professional and holds the National Association of Realtors “Green” designation.
John has a background in residential construction which is an extremely useful asset to have in the real estate industry. He has a great vision for what “could be” when considering purchasing a home that may need work and also has a keen understanding of property conditions and repairs with regards to real estate transactions. Additionally, he has worked for the City of Oakland for the past 11 years. John’s strengths include negotiations, market analysis and pricing strategies.
John and Amanda have a successful track record of selling homes in a short amount of time for top dollar and getting buyers into contract in this competitive Bay Area market. Furthermore, our team provides exceptional customer service to their clients by going above and beyond to make sure each transaction is as smooth as possible, educating through every step of the process, providing industry resources, being completely transparent and ultimately closing escrow with extremely happy and beyond-satisfied clients.
