"Adam has been our buyer's agent in a purchase of a single-family house and has worked with us over the course of ~8 months from start to finish. Throughout this time, Adam has demonstrated an exceptional dedication to representing our interests, prioritized finding the right house for our needs and played a key role in resolving a complicated unforeseen issue that surfaced during closing.

After an extensive search, we found an exceptional property, made an offer and successfully entered under the contract. In the middle of closing, an unforeseen bureaucratic detail emerged which was no fault of the seller, buyer, or anyone in particular. Nonetheless, the issue became a hard blocker for the closing to proceed.

Adam immediately took ownership of resolving the problem and demonstrated remarkable skill in navigating the situation among all parties involved - sellers, buyers, lenders, title.
