The CKAR MLS is the primary source of information for the vast majority of Realtors working in the Danville area. Information put on CKAR MLS is feed directly to www.Realtor.com which is updated every 15 minutes. This is the most visited real estate site on the internet. It is the ONLY official site of the National Association of Realtors. Other sites must copy the data since they do not receive the info directly. This leads to a great deal of inaccuracy and out of date information. Thru our membership to ListHub, the data is also shared with over 70 other real estate related sites. Internet marketing is the primary method to locate buyers in today’s economy.
