Unique Opportunity for an On-site Property Manager with a great attitude who takes initiative to get projects done efficiently. Oversee all tenants’ responsibilities and Rental Agreements in an up-scale Mobile RV Park in Silicon Valley conveniently located near I-880/101. This is a 24 hour 5 days a week position, on-site housing and electricity included. Our new Manager to assist in maintenance projects as needed, have electrical and plumbing knowledge and experience. Needs to be understanding and competent to handle on-site emergencies - attending to needed repairs promptly. Family owned business (much like an RV Hotel Park with excellent ratings), pride of ownership - excellent communication and business relationship environment.

Office Duties:
• Tenant Notices and Rule enforcement
• New arrivals/departures for 150+ RV Mobile home sites ie: monitor safety and speeding in Park
• Tenant billing and receivables
• Rent Manager program experience
• Certified with utility company for gas system
• Oversee and instruct Maintenance Man weekly duties
• Perform quotes for contract work for RV Park maintenance
• Meter Readings
• Utilities
• Basic computer skills: Knowledge of Microsoft, Word and Excel
• Forms and Inspections
• Monthly Reconciliation Reports
• Filing
• Answer phones
• Clean and organize office
• Inventory office supplies

Maintenance Duties:
• Electrical and plumbing experience or knowledge
• General care for all buildings in common area
• Oversee maintenance on all tenant spaces
• Maintain Fitness equipment
• Maintain Laundry room
• Oversee maintenance on contracted Projects
• Care and cleaning of Pool equipment and patio
• Balance swimming pool chemicals, maintain pool filters
• Inventory supplies
