I studied and graduated with a Biochemical Engineering degree from UC Davis and upon graduation, while figuring out how I could buy a house, the process fascinated me more than chemistry or engineering. With the passion of helping people, and the combination of my unique skill set and experiences has allowed me to be more thorough than other real estate agents out there. Houses can be sold without

When I studied the sales in our market, the homes that sold closest to their asking price averaged about 11 days on market.

The homes that started 10% or more above market 15-20 days on the market.

Same neighborhoods. Same buyers. Different pricing strategy.

Once a home sits, the psychology changes.

After about 30 days, buyers stop asking “How much is it?”

They start asking “What’s wrong with it?”

Which is why pricing isn’t really about the number.

It’s about the bracket.

Buyers compare your home to the 10–12 other homes in the same price range they’re touring that weekend.

There’s a number where your home gets 15 showings in a weekend and there’s a number where it gets two.

That gap is smaller than most sellers think.
