This sale did not come without the ups and downs that sometimes go along with real estate transactions. But, without buyers and sellers who are willing to stick it out and go along with the messy, craziness of inspections, contingencies, negotiations and all of the other things that go along with buying and selling homes, we would have not gotten to the closing table.

And, after signing all of the paperwork the seller ended the deal with a prayer for my buyers. (Not gonna lie, I got a little teary eyed)!

So happy for my clients for getting their forever home and for finally getting to the finish line for the sale of their home.

Last week I had the distinct pleasure to assist some folks I've known for a long time sell a home that some childhood friends grew up in. It was extra special to represent the buyers as well who had their dream of owning a home come true and put an end to "renting".
