🌟 Employee of the Month: Kayla Dilbeck🌟
We’re proud to recognize Kayla Dilbeck for her positivity, dedication, and the genuine care she brings to both our team and community every day.
1. What do you enjoy most about your job? Other than the people? I love learning new things, and I feel like I’ve learned a lot working at HMC. I also enjoy that no two days are exactly the same. While my core tasks may be similar, I’m working with different accounts and situations each day, which keeps things interesting and motivates me.
2. What’s been your favorite project or achievement so far at the company? I’m proud to have helped organize and improve the collections process for the team and to continue helping ensure it runs smoothly. Overall, though, I think my favorite achievement has been my professional growth during my time at HMC. I’ve been able to take on additional responsibilities and expand my knowledge.
3. What’s the most memorable moment you’ve had while working here? One of the most memorable moments for me was having the opportunity to speak at ECHO. It was rewarding to see how much I’ve grown professionally since starting at HMC, and it pushed me outside of my comfort zone in a positive way.
4. What makes you proud to work here? I’m proud to work here because of the supportive team environment, not just within the finance department but across the company as a whole. It’s rewarding to work in a place where I feel comfortable, valued, and supported by the people around me.
5. How would you describe our team/company culture in three words? Professional, dependable, fast-paced.
6. What are your favorite hobbies or ways to unwind outside of work? Jeep, camp, boat, and hanging with friends and family. My husband and I are also President and Treasurer of an offroad club.
7. Where’s your dream travel destination? Anywhere I can stay in an overwater bungalow or be in the trees!
8. What’s your favorite afternoon snack or coffee order? Iced brown sugar oat milk shaken expresso
9. What gets you out of bed in the morning (besides coffee)? My children, lol!
