1. What do you enjoy most about your job? The satisfaction from completing projects and working with a supportive team.
2. What’s been your favorite project or achievement so far at the company? Being promoted from an Assistant Community Manager (ACM) to a Community Association Manager (CAM).
3. What’s the most memorable moment you’ve had while working here? Anytime I'm spending time with the HMC team, whether it's company events, meetings, or just working together. We have a great group of people.
4. What makes you proud to work here? The reputation we have built as a team.
5. How would you describe our team/company culture in three words? Loyalty, determination, and honesty.
6. What are your favorite hobbies or ways to unwind outside of work? Spending time with my family, watching my kids' activities, and relaxing with a good TV show or movie.
7. What’s your go-to karaoke song, favorite movie, or comfort food? Suds in a Bucket, any movie with Tom Hanks, Mexican food.
8. Where’s your dream travel destination? Italy
9. What’s the most unusual job you’ve ever had (before this one)? Mobile Notary

We’re proud to recognize Mindi Rosenquist for her positivity, dedication, and the genuine care she brings to both our team and community every day.

1. What do you enjoy most about your job?
I genuinely enjoy helping people. I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work, so working quickly and efficiently, solving problems, and finding solutions to support others comes naturally to me. Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by a desire to make things easier for the people I serve, whether that means addressing challenges, improving processes, or helping individuals navigate difficult situations.

2. What’s been your favorite project or achievement so far at the company?
Early on, there were only three assistants supporting all resident accounts. I suggested assigning specific accounts to individual assistants to create greater accountability and provide residents with a single point of contact rather than interacting with multiple assistants. This change helped streamline the process, improve consistency, and create a more personalized experience for residents.

3. What makes you proud to work here?
I’m proud to work in an office with a team that genuinely supports one another, lifts each other up, and always has each other’s backs. One of the things I appreciate most is seeing everyone use their unique gifts and strengths to make a difference. It’s inspiring to be part of a culture where people not only recognize those gifts in others but celebrate them as well. There’s a real sense of respect, encouragement, and teamwork that makes our office a great place to work.

4. What are your favorite hobbies or ways to unwind outside of work?
Playing for the St. Louis Shock Minor League Pickleball team. Dog Walks. Listening to praise and worship music. Being a girl mom and a wife. Studying the Enneagram. Going thrifting. Buying and Selling on Marketplace Facebook.

5. What’s your go-to karaoke song, favorite movie, or comfort food?
Karaoke song: Strong by Anne Wilson, Favorite Movie: My Sister’s Keeper

We’re proud to recognize Kayla Dilbeck for her positivity, dedication, and the genuine care she brings to both our team and community every day.

1. What do you enjoy most about your job? Other than the people? I love learning new things, and I feel like I’ve learned a lot working at HMC. I also enjoy that no two days are exactly the same. While my core tasks may be similar, I’m working with different accounts and situations each day, which keeps things interesting and motivates me.

2. What’s been your favorite project or achievement so far at the company? I’m proud to have helped organize and improve the collections process for the team and to continue helping ensure it runs smoothly. Overall, though, I think my favorite achievement has been my professional growth during my time at HMC. I’ve been able to take on additional responsibilities and expand my knowledge.

3. What’s the most memorable moment you’ve had while working here? One of the most memorable moments for me was having the opportunity to speak at ECHO. It was rewarding to see how much I’ve grown professionally since starting at HMC, and it pushed me outside of my comfort zone in a positive way.

4. What makes you proud to work here? I’m proud to work here because of the supportive team environment, not just within the finance department but across the company as a whole. It’s rewarding to work in a place where I feel comfortable, valued, and supported by the people around me.

5. How would you describe our team/company culture in three words? Professional, dependable, fast-paced.

6. What are your favorite hobbies or ways to unwind outside of work? Jeep, camp, boat, and hanging with friends and family. My husband and I are also President and Treasurer of an offroad club.

7. Where’s your dream travel destination? Anywhere I can stay in an overwater bungalow or be in the trees!

8. What’s your favorite afternoon snack or coffee order? Iced brown sugar oat milk shaken expresso

9. What gets you out of bed in the morning (besides coffee)? My children, lol!
