In addition to serving both Contra Costa and Alameda Counties, Jeff works with clients in three North Bay Counties, Marin, Sonoma and Napa. Jeff began his career as a full-time real estate professional in 1978, and just 3 years later obtained his California Broker's License. Coming from a sports background was helpful to Jeff in accelerating his goal to become successful. "The Realty Alliance", an Association of the largest residential real estate brokers in America, have presented Jeff with their National Sales Award for ten consecutive years. This award is for "recognition of exceptional performance as one of the leading residential real estate sales professionals in America." On at least 4 occasions, Jeff has been asked to speak at his Association of Realtors General Membership Meetings to share his secrets of success. Jeff is certified with The Five Star Institute Federation of REO Certified Experts (FORCE) and as a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). Jeff has been awarded the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) professional designation by the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council. SAREC was created several years ago to assist qualified Realtors wanting to meet the special needs and concerns of maturing Americans.
