✨Exciting News Alert: Our Friends’ BIG move ✨
Let’s rewind and reminisce. Back in our bartending days in Sunny San Diego, I crossed paths with Travis and Court and knew I found an everlasting friendship. We all eventually relocated to the Bay Area, and I couldn’t contain my excitement when I helped them find their first home just a stone’s throw away from ours. They made their purchase in 2018...fast forward to today and they’ve grown into the Green family, with a little one on the way, a 2.5-year-old cutie named Gunner, and their lovable pup, Reedy Boy. It was clear their cozy abode wouldn’t contain their growing brood for much longer.
President’s Day weekend brought a game-changing call: they found their dream home, with a catch – they needed to sell theirs fast. With lightning speed, my team and I sprang into action. We prepped, staged, inspected, marketed and listed their home in a whirlwind, overcoming every obstacle thrown our way.
The response was phenomenal, with 80+ eager buyers and neighbors attending open houses. Amidst twists and turns, including a canceled offer due to a job relocation. Nerves were aplenty as the time was ticking but we rallied. And boy, did it pay off! A better offer emerged, sealing the deal for their dream home.
Kudos to everyone involved, especially Travis and Court for helping us hit this tight deadline, their buyers agent up north greatly contributed to the success of both sales and my amazing team for making it all happen! While we’ll miss our besties/neighbors dearly, we’re so excited for their next chapter. Here’s to countless memories in their beautiful new home – cheers to the Greens - ! 🏡✨
