She is so responsive, understanding and made everything happen as soon as possible and for a very reasonable rate. Her crew Shannon and Jason were a joy to work with - we are so grateful for Kim and her entire operation. She can find the best and highest use for any items/furniture, so you can rest assured things can go to good use by deserving service groups. Purchase your own moving supplies.

Buy your own tape, boxes and brown paper. What the you or the movers don't use, you can return.

Pro tip: Don't bother with the heavy duty boxes! Boxes shouldn't be packed that heavy anyway. 👏

Kim won a private dinner cooked by the incredible crew and it did not disappoint.

Great food, great company and an even greater reminder of how much our first responders do for the community every single day.

"Family Matters has been a godsend to me. After the passing of my husband, I was left with the task of sorting through and downsizing 40 years of living in this house. It seemed like a monumental task, but Kim and her crew helped me every step on this journey. Today, the attic, upstairs office, and garage are completely clean and organized.
