I helped my buyer purchase a house before the end of the year. The moving started in January.  After multiple car loads of boxes loaded then unloaded, and the kitchen all packed up,
Everyone is exhausted.

Last week 230 Triana Way sold. Its been a LONG 5 months for my sellers. The first 3 months with another agent, not a single offer despite price drops. The house had some challenges but it was a great 🏘️ property.

I signed the listing in late August, got it properly merchandised by Labor Day so we were on the market after the holiday weekend, 8 days later, we received 3 offers (2 of them were good).

They were so used to price dropping as the only way to sell a house, I had to talk them out of just dropping the price and into another strategy to get where they wanted to be. I'm really greatful to connect with the Woodys. Later in the transaction, I found out that they were a Cal High Swim & Waterpolo family before our time. #94583 #01944913
