Today reminded me once again that being a realtor isn’t just about contracts and closings—it’s about showing up for the people who trust you with one of the biggest moments of their lives.

My client just purchased a charming ranch home that’s ready for some updates. She managed to pull up all the carpet, but the carpet tack strips were still waiting… and she was in the hospital for a procedure.

So while she focused on her health, I grabbed the tools and took care of the rest. One less thing on her mind, and one more step toward making her new house feel like home.

Busy week going the extra mile — and I wouldn’t have it any other way. My role doesn’t end with buying, selling, or renting a home. Many clients become friends, and supporting them beyond the transaction is one of the best parts of what I do.

This week that meant helping a client practice driving and cheering them on as they earned their PA driver’s license today, so I hear it’s different than driving in another country. Moments like these remind me why I love this work and the people I get to meet along the way.
