🏡 We just closed this one for our incredible sellers and let me tell you, this wasn’t your average sale!
Navigating a rapidly changing market is one thing, but add in a challenging buyer, and this sale took a whole lot of patience, strategy, and heart.
Through every twist and turn, we stood tall, always did the right thing and fought hard to protect our clients’ goals. We ultimately got it done and I think this is a chapter we are all ready to be done with because the one ahead is sure to be AMAZING! 😍
This transaction came with too many “well that was a first” to count, but every one is a lesson learned and I am so beyond grateful for the trust our clients placed in us to get them to the finish line with their sanity somewhat in tact (lol) 🙃🫶🏼

They’re all special, but this was one where they “really let me cook”, as Christian would say! 🙃
Out of the gate with successor trustee sellers, we were faced with to dos that needed special attention. Both sellers lived out of state and the property needed work to be market ready.
There is no better feeling for me as a professional than to be given keys and told these four words….’we trust you completely”!
Off we went, doing what we do best….project managing!
We knew we were on the horizon of a shift in the market and that was scary, uncharted territory! Pricing properly-as always-could not have been more imperative: with other listings in the neighborhood sitting stale and a coming soon just around the corner, we had to nail it if we wanted this place to sell in a timely manner. Again, our sellers put their faith in us to advise them on a price and the proper measures to attract solid offers and the outcome is something to be very proud of!

When our client reached out with a need to sell on a time crunch, our team sped in to action to get this darling home dolled up for the market! The challenge was, there was a lot of stale inventory in the surrounding area and the seller needed to close before the end of the year. She placed her faith in us and followed our lead every step of the way; our suggested list price combined with our recommended listing preparation to do list was followed to a T and 4 days after hitting the market, we received 3 dream offers and closed in 20 days....beating the seller's time constraint by 28 days!!!! She is relieved, excited and so happy to pass on her childhood home to a new family who are thrilled to be home just in time for the holidays!!!
