Mark your calendar! Annual meeting is scheduled for Saturday July 16, 2022 at 2:00 pm at the Pavilion. Please make an effort to attend. If you are unable to attend please give someone your proxy. Every vote counts!

Residents, please remember that the parking lot in front of the restaurant DOES NOT BELONG to Sunset Bay Villas. That parking is for patrons of the restaurant and it's employees.
