For our Fairhope communities… Please be advised that the city of Fairhope has now enacted Phase 3 of the Emergency Water Conservation Plan!

‼️ ‼️ Due to an urgent repair required for one of Fairhope Public Utilities' water wells, which experienced a mechanical failure, the City of Fairhope is enacting Phase III of the water conservation ordinance for all customers of Fairhope Public Utilities. This loss has decreased our water capacity by approximately 1 million gallons. Currently, water usage stands at 9.4 million gallons. ‼️ ‼️

⚠️Please stay tuned for updates as we are working diligently to resolve this issue.

📣 UPDATE:
Fairhope Public Utilities Water Customers:

The temporary pump is scheduled to arrive on-site by Wednesday and is expected to be fully operational by the end of the week. Our dedicated team will be closely monitoring and evaluating the situation over the weekend, and we aim to provide an update to all Fairhope Public Utilities customers by Monday.

In the meantime, we will continue to operate under Phase III of the Water Conservation Ordinance. We are hopeful that we will be able to transition to Phase II on Monday, pending the successful implementation and operation of the temporary pump.

We want to reiterate our gratitude for your patience as our crews work to complete this complex repair. 💧

We're hiring! We are looking for an experienced Community Association Portfolio Manager.

Requirements: Driver's License, at least two years experience as a Community Association Manager, active CMCA certificate (preferred), and ability to pass drug screen and background check.

Job Duties (including but not limited to): act as liaison between BOD and property owners, prepare management reports and board packets, conduct compliance inspections of communities as per the management agreement, issue violations, assist accounting department in creating draft budgets, handle all maintenance requests, attend board meetings (this includes evening and possible weekends), vendor management, assist in compiling newsletters, eblasts and USPS mailings. This position will maintain office hours as designated by operations manager.
