Just closed this cute 3 bed 2 bath home in Daphne for a sweet client of mine who was moving out of state. I connected him with a wonderful KW agent in MS, Mariia Comeau, who was absolutely wonderful to work with! We got the job done! Sometimes in real estate, it absolutely takes a village. My clients’s house sold for OVER asking price in this market 🙌🏼 we coordinated with 2 other closings to take place within 2 days over FOUR different states to all close simultaneously! Just closed this lovely 4 bedroom 2 bath brick home in Daphne! Closed for $330,000 and had MULTIPLE OFFERS! I represented the buyer and we WON and got under contract due to savvy TERMS and not purchase price. Sometimes PRICE isn’t the most important thing and you need to get to understand the “why” of the seller to truly have a win/win scenario.
