Bay Forest residents,

Please be advised that repair work will be performed on the community mailboxes on SAT, MAR 14, 2026.

You should still be able to access and check your mail during this time. However, if possible, we kindly ask residents to minimize activity around the mailboxes while repairs are underway so the work can be completed quickly and safely.

MEET PATTI McCOMBS

We are so thankful for Patti’s faithful leadership and steady commitment to Bay Forest Condos. From 2019–2025, she served tirelessly as our HOA President, helping guide our community through important seasons of growth and change.

One of the biggest accomplishments during her time as president was overseeing the renovation of Building B after the termite damage — a major milestone for the strength and future of our property. Even after stepping out of the president’s role, Patti continues to serve on the board as our HOA Secretary.

Patti has called Bay Forest home since July 2000 and truly values what we all appreciate — a quiet, safe, and well-located place to live.

Outside of Bay Forest, Patti is a longtime hairdresser and works at Making Waves in Daphne. If you need an appointment, she would love to see you!

Patti, thank you for your time, your leadership, and your heart for this community. Bay Forest is better because of you.

PORCH AND PATIO CLEAN UP
To help maintain the appearance of our community:
FRONT PORCHES may not have trash bags or excessive plants.

PATIOS must be clutter-free and may not have grills underneath.

Out-of-season decorations cannot be displayed more than a week past the holiday's date.

Beginning April 2026, units not in compliance will be fined according to the HOA Rules & Regulations*

WE'RE STARTING A FACELIFT THIS SPRING...
We are excited to share plans for a 4-phase exterior renovation project that will take place over the next 4 years. The work will include wood and deterioration replacement, painting on all our buildings and on gutters on select buildings.

The project will begin with the building showing the most exterior damage (Building A). Our goal is to begin this project this spring. Once final bids are received, the current assessment will either cover the costs or be adjusted by the Board if necessary. We look forward to making Bay Forest look its best!
