We installed a new header over the sliding glass door, cleaned up the drywall and installed new drywall, and plywooded the hole to the basement making sure it is flush with the concrete floor. ✔️

This kitchen cabinet and counter top face lift was for a rental property, and I think it turned out pretty great 🙃 👩🏻‍🎨

Project details:

-Changed the door
-Painted the door
-Designed and built the overhang from scratch, with no blue print, and yes, it passed inspection.
-Painted the overhang
-Had black tin roof installed on it by our roofers
-Installed the door handle

What’s left:
-Trim the bottom posts and paint them

I was asked to come up with an idea to spruce up this full brick wall fireplace, and the first thing that popped into my mind is what you see right here 😊

Although prepping the brick took FOREVER, it was all worth it!

This project was actually in a home that was renovated to be sold 👍🏼

This bedroom was very fun to remodel!

I painted a dresser and added hardware, painted a small book shelf, put a fresh coat of white on 3 walls and painted an accent wall, as well as making a macrame wall hanging. 👌🏻

Cabinet painting is not for the faint of heart.. it takes a lot of patience, persistence, but it’s well worth it, and a heck of a lot more affordable than fully replacing them! 🎨

This kitchen still has a few more changes coming it’s way, but this is a very good start 😊
