Lately, I am getting a lot of questions from buyers who are unsure about whether to buy in this crazy market. People are worried about getting in a bidding war. People are worried about over-paying. People are worried about their homes not appraising. To all of you who are contemplating buying a home, my advice is this: It all boils down to numbers. Historically low interest rates that we are seeing currently mean that you will pay less over your mortgage period. If you can afford the mortgage down payment and the closing costs, there is no reason not to go looking for that home of your dreams! 💛
