What caught my eye on today’s Greenwich Broker Tour 👀🏡
I toured five very different homes today, and rather than give you another list of bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage, I thought I’d share what actually stood out to me.
🏡 Three floors of townhome living.
Two bedrooms, hardwood floors and an attached one-car garage. What I liked was how much space it offered while still having that intimate townhome feel.
💻 An interesting work-from-home option.
Tucked away yet minutes from Greenwich Avenue, this home had something I didn’t photograph: a private office with its own exterior entrance. For someone who occasionally meets with clients at home, that separation could be incredibly useful.
🍽️ Kitchen storage galore.
This fifth-floor, two-bedroom unit has a recently renovated kitchen, but those cabinets got me. They go ALL the way to the ceiling. 🙌 A place for everything!
✨ A home waiting for its next chapter.
This one requires vision. A LOT of vision. Both the main home and guest cottage are essentially down to the studs, leaving plenty of room for imagination.
And then there were dragonflies around the pool. Often associated with transformation and adaptability, they felt pretty appropriate for a home waiting to be completely reimagined.
🌸 And finally… that wallpaper.
This four-bedroom home makes use of four floors, but the magnolia wallpaper immediately caught my eye.
Outside, two fireplaces extend the living space outdoors, plus a detached shed that could become a studio, she shed or creative hideaway.
Five homes. Five completely different personalities.
That’s what I love about Broker Tour. Listing photos show you what a home looks like. Walking through lets you notice the little things that make it memorable.
