My buyers knew the second they saw this gorgeous colonial built in 1773 that they wanted it. After some negotiating after the inspections we got a seller credit towards closing costs and they were able to keep more money in their pocket to make this home their own.
I loved every second we got to spend in this home leading up to the closing date and I know the buyers will love growing and living here. Just in time for Fall and Halloween 🎃

LET'S TALK ABOUT INVESTMENT PROPERTIES‼️ I own 3 investment properties 🏘 and they all CASH FLOW.
I started with little experience or backing. I took on the acquisitions and renovations myself and had all of them up and running before turning 30. That journey gave me the kind of hands-on knowledge you don't get from books or seminars.
I still love working with clients on single-family homes for those in the position to purchase. My true passion, however, lies in building wealth through investment properties. Especially those that need some 🏚🛠
