☀️ One of my favorite things about living on the South Coast is that there's always something to do.

Let's clear this up because it's one of the biggest misconceptions I hear.

The truth is, many buyers purchase a home with much less than 20% down. Depending on your situation and the loan program, there may be options that require as little as 3% down—or even 0% down for those who qualify.
