Exciting development news for Haines City❗️

Haines City is on the move — the Crossroads Village Center project just cleared a major hurdle! The City Commission has officially approved updates to the plan, paving the way for this huge mixed-use development that will feature Target as one of its anchor stores.

Here’s what’s coming: 🛣️
The project will rise at the busy U.S. 27 and 17-92 corridor in Haines City. It’s designed as a mixed-use destination combining shopping, dining, apartments, townhomes, and large retail anchors. The first phase — which includes Target — is expected to open by Fall 2026.

Every time we visit Kissimmee and the local area we make it a point to spend an early evening at Old Town. The "town" is a fun entertainment district that recreates a classic Florida town from the olden days.

This 18-acre outdoor walking district is only five miles away from Disney World, and contains a collection of shops, restaurants, events and entertainment!
