Villa Details
With a west-facing pool and spa overlooking a golf course, this 3 bedroom Highlands Reserve villa in Davenport makes a great choice for your Orlando holiday. The community swimming pool and tennis court are within a 6 minute walk from here. Disney World theme parks are just 20 minutes away and shops and restaurants to suit all tastes can be found along the lively US192 which is a few miles away. Closer choices can be found at Berry Town Center, a 3-4 minute drive from this villa, and these include a British bar, family restaurants and a Publix supermarket.
Living Accommodation:
From the moment you see the wonderful lilac-coloured flowering bougainvilla growing across the garage door you will know that you have made the right choice for your villa. Just inside the front door is a small seating area with doors leading out to the pool deck. Whilst this is not the main family lounge it is a great place to sit and look out across the 10th hole of the golf course. Adjacent to this is the main TV lounge which has traditional seating and plenty of natural light to help put you in the holiday mood. Upstairs there is a third lounge area with comfortable seating and this is a great place to curl up with a good book or sit and watch a film with a loved one. The well-equipped kitchen is towards the front of the villa and has all the utensils and gadgets you might need to make some tasty meals for the rest of your family. A dining table within the kitchen means that everybody can gather together to enjoy mealtimes.
Bedrooms:
The Main bedroom sits at the rear of the villa and is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it has a Queen-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are both upstairs and they each have a Queen-size bed. Each bedroom has a flatscreen TV so everybody can get the chance to enjoy lazy holiday mornings in bed!

The community swimming pool, tennis court and children’s play area are 6 minutes’ walk away from this villa.
Outdoor Living:
After busy days exploring Orlando’s theme parks you can return to the villa and soak up the sunshine on the west-facing pool deck. Make a splash in the pool to cool down or relax your aching muscles in the spa as you watch golfers on the 10th hole behind you, or sit in the shade and watch the outdoor TV as you start making plans for your next Florida villa holiday.

We have a huge selection of privately owned villas to rent on Highlands Reserve, many have games rooms and south or west-facing decks with private pool and spa as well as views over the golf course or conservation and woodland areas. Situated close to Disney World and other popular Orlando attractions including Universal Resorts and SeaWorld. This is a great community, recommended by lots of returning customers, and benefits from being close to a wide range of bars, shops and restaurants.
