Today is day 19 of back on track for me. As it is for most. Over a year ago, through a few changes in daily habits and consistent trips to the gym, I lost over 30 lbs. In just a years time I've almost gained it all back. I blamed perceived stress and many other changes in my life on the reasoning. My goal is to push through and commit myself 100% regardless of what is happening around me this year.
