Find your perfect Florida!!!! I was fortunate to attend and exclusive Realtor event at the new SeaFlower Community development in Bradenton today. This stunning development is just 3.2 miles from the beach and is filled with amenities (pool, pickleball, restaurants, shops, lakes, bike and walking paths). New construction homes for every price point. What really intrigued me was the incredible use of ADU’s (accessory dwelling units) available as part of the construction process for certain homes. Spending the afternoon at the office of one of my favorite new construction developers, Pham Development. I recently had the pleasure of selling one of their amazing homes on Siesta Key. Today, I checked out the specs of one of their newest that may have a helicopter landing pad. WOW!! This group is doing some really innovative things in the Siesta Key area. I’m so grateful for forging an incredible professional relationship with them. Their new office in downtown Sarasota is gorgeous!!! 🌴♥️🌴

I can’t believe I get to live here and my morning walks are either just down the road on the beach or surrounded by this 88 acre Audubon Society community I live in…. filled with 100+ year old magical and mystical trees, lakes, birds and wildlife. I wish you were here!! This life is far more attainable than you might think. Prices are still amazing in so many areas!!
