GOODBYE IOWA from Jenny and Tim! ♥️ The final move has commenced. It is truly an emotional and bittersweet day for us. The home we have loved for over 17 years is packed up as we make the transition to full time Floridians!! We were both born and raised here in the QC and in many ways this will always be “home” but we both agree we are ready and excited for our next chapter. We will miss all of our friends and family here but we will see you again on visits. ♥️ True growth comes when you embrace change and we are truly changing and growing. Now….. for the even bigger announcement …..OMG OMG!! 🚨‼️••• Tim will be joining me and the rest of the Florida Navigate Crew soon. 🌴✅ He is completing his work to obtain his Florida Real Estate license!!! Our Crew will have 4 agents all originally from Iowa on deck to help you “Navigate your Real Estate journey” in the Manatee County and Sarasota County areas of Florida!! Tim will still be in Iowa for one more week. Jenny is heading back to Florida today ✈️ to work with some new buyers and get some contracts underway. The things you find when you are packing up your entire life. 😂 The chapter that I was a Mortgage Fraud Investigator contracted by MGIC during the tank of the real estate mortgage industry due to predatory lending practices. Ohhhhhh the stories I have helping convict some really bad folks of mortgage fraud back in the day. ☑️ If you ever wonder why I’m such a stickler with contracts and legal compliance…… prepping for this level of litigation was a big part of what shaped me.

One of my favorite waterfront spots in Sarasota beckoned me again today as I went on a quest. An epic quest. I heard a rumor about a little skateboard shop disguised as a Cold Brew coffeehouse. The legend was true and they just released their summer Coconut 🥥 cold brew. It was DIVINE!! If you ever want to play tourist….. one of the places I will take you is Coast To Coast Coffee!!! Clues that tell you….. you really are a nerd??? 🤓 The Florida Managing Broker license renewal requires 60 mandatory hours of specialized continuing education. I just logged on to my DBPR portal….. I currently have 101 hours of continuing education hours completed so far for the renewal period. Front of the class….. every time 😉🤓📖📕🌴♥️ I really do love learning about the differences both large and small from the Iowa/Illinois real estate markets. Global Business Council meeting today at the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee with specialized training on working with clients from Canada 🇨🇦. I was lucky to get to sit with my buddy Don Zenner. Don and I both hold Managing Broker licenses in Florida and we competed our CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) designations together. He always has THE BEST stories…. so it was a pleasure to get to hang with him today!!
