This journey is a perfect reminder of why patience pays off.
Brenden and I looked at a LOT of houses together, and after putting offers in on two different homes that we didn't get, those losses felt disappointing at first—but as it turns out, they were actually leading us exactly where we needed to go.
When his now home hit the market, everything changed. It wasn't just another house—it was THE ONE. The true dream home that checked even more boxes and excited him far more than the previous two properties.
The challenge? We weren't the only ones who felt that way. Multiple buyers were competing for the same home.
Together, we put together a strong strategy, and I negotiated aggressively to make sure our offer stood out from the crowd. In the end, we were the chosen offer, and today he got the keys to the home he truly wanted all along.
