More housing opportunities are on the horizon in Bettendorf. ๐๏ธ
The city has approved a resolution supporting a proposed 145-unit market-rate apartment development near downtown and the new I-74 Bridge. If approved for state housing tax credits, the project could become part of a larger multi-phase development bringing more than 250 housing units to the area.
